Air-conditioning units: Complete supply and installation of Chillers, Air handling units (AHU), Chilled water fan coil units (FCU), DX-packaged A/C unit, split A/C unit and window type A/C units complete with factory supplied controls, heaters, weather proof cabinets as per given specification requirements.

Supply and installation of Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Equipment Design, Installation, Testing & commissioning of various Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems as follows:
A deluge system is similar to a pre-action system except the sprinkler heads are open and the pipe is not pressurized with air. Deluge systems are connected to a water supply through a deluge valve that is opened by the operation of a smoke or heat detection system. The detection system is installed in the same area as the sprinklers. When the detection system is activated water discharges through all of the sprinkler heads in the system. Deluge systems are used in places that are considered high hazard areas such as power plants, aircraft hangars and chemical storage or processing facilities. Deluge systems are needed where high velocity suppression is necessary to prevent fire spread.
The entire pipeline is kept pressurized with water. Whenever anyone opens a hydrant valve, the pressure in the pipeline reduces drastically and jockey pump set which normally keeps the total system pressurized is unable to cope with the system demand which results in further fall in pressure. The further fall in pressure is sensed by the designated pressure switch which automatically starts the main fire pump set.
Systems are widely used to protect buildings and the products stored from fire. They operate as both “fire detection” and “fire extinguishing” systems.
The sprinkler head consists of a form of alcohol enclosed in a quartz bulb, which is in turn holding a seal in place stopping the water in the pipe which is under pressure, from escaping.
The alcohol expands at a predetermined temperature, shattering the quartz bulb. The seal falls away and water is discharged onto the seat of the fire.
Should the fire spread, then further sprinkler heads will rupture, thereby bringing the fire under control with generally the minimum of fire damage to the building or goods stored within. Sprinkler systems can be specifically designed to cover a multitude of risks including.
A Hose reel System consists of Hose reels (30m) fixed on specific locations of all floors connected to a Fire Pump Set. This System is a pressurized one with a sole purpose of fighting any fire that might occur until the Fire & Rescue Services arrive.
A Fire pump set, complete with In and Out galvanized steel pipe work and expansion vessel will be provided for the Hose reel System.
Two automatic electric driven pumps and diesel driven pump shall be provided to feed the hose reel system, one of the electric driven pump shall be as duty pump, and the second electric driven pump shall act as a booster pump where the water pressure in hose reel mains needs to be boosted.
The diesel driven pump (standby pump) shall be so arranged that it will operate automatically on a failure for any reason of the electric driven pumps. All pumps shall be capable of being started and stopped manually. An audible and visual alarm shall be provided. Voltage supply shall be 415-480v / Three Phase / 50 Hz. Both electric and diesel driven pumps shall be sited in fire-protected positions and the electrical supply to them shall be an exclusive circuit with the cables following a route of negligible fire risk or will be provided with adequate protection.
A home fire alarm system is usually part of a total security system providing burglary protection in addition to fire protection. Such a system supervises doors, windows, and spaces within the building for break-in and may provide monitoring services by dialing your telephone to report a fire or intrusion to a security office, where it will be reported to your local police or fire department.
These systems consist of a central control panel to which smoke alarms and heat detectors are connected, along with bells or horns that are activated when the system triggers an alarm. Other sensors associated with the burglary functions connect to doors and windows or monitor rooms for motion or body heat.
The control panel operates with AC power but also usually contains an emergency battery which can operate the system for about 24 hours during a power outage.
